Return Policy

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your agreement within fourteen days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a cancellation of your order, your item must be unused, modified, damaged or soiled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the original receipt, and tags attached. Please note that our items may be sealed with a special security seal which identifies if the items have been opened. If this is the case, we will not accept your cancellation.

To complete your cancellation, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, therefore contact us ‘audiostarcontact@gmail.com’

Audio Star will issue a refund or shop credit within fourteen days from receipt of your cancellation, using the payment method you used for your purchase or bank account (if agreed on). We may delay issuing the refund until we have received the goods and inspected them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Audio Star is not responsible for any delays or problems regarding the return shipment. It is therefore recommended that you use a secure and registered shipping company which requires Audio Star to sign upon delivery. Also make sure to insure the return shipment. 

The costs that you incur to return your product are non-refundable. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Products not returned in original condition, such as DIY repairs or restorations of products.
