Who is Audio Star?
Audio Star is a Dutch audio store, based in the Netherlands and online. Audio Star stands for audio for everyone, we offer audio in all segments! From low-end to high-end, everything to give you a wonderful listening experience. Audio Star is known for its customer friendliness where the customer always comes first!
Do you have a physical store where I can shop or pick up my order?
Yes we do, only on appointment. Please contact us by email ‘audiostarcontact@gmail.com’ to plan a time & date.
Do all products include remote controls or user manuals?
When accessories are included with the products they are always shown within the pictures. If there are no accessories shown with the product, it means that only the product will be delivered. Please look carefully before buying.
How are my products being packed with shipping?
This varies by size & weight. It is packed in used very strong boxes, this keeps us sustainable. Thereby, the products are carefully packed with bubble wrap and where necessary styrofoam.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, most international and European countries are covered with our insured shipping. If not, please contact ‘audiostarcontact@gmail.com’ and we will look for an option.
How much are the shipping costs to my country?
It's easy to calculate your shipping costs. Once you have an item in your shopping cart, go to the shopping cart page, enter your adres information there. Then the shipping costs will appear right away. All orders are insured with shipping.
What shipping company do you use?
For European orders we use DPD. All orders from outside the EU are shipped by PostNL.
How long will it take before my order is shipped out?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days. Once the order is shipped out, tracking info will be sent out to your email.
Can I track my shipment?
All orders are provided with tracking info, once your order has been shipped out, the track and trace information will be sent to your email.
How can I pay?

Can I return my item?
Please see our return policy in the footer of our website.
Do you provide warranty on equipment sold?
We guarantee that products work as described in the product description. Problems after receiving your product must be reported within 5 business days, after this we serve the rights to provide no solution. So we ask you to test the equipment immediately after receiving it. When any issues occur within the 5 business days, please contact us by email 'audiostarcontact@gmail.com'.
